Do you provide the alcohol?
New York licensing means you purchase the alcohol and we handle everything else — we'll send a precise shopping list based on your menu and guest count so nothing goes to waste. We're fully licensed and insured to serve it.
How far do you travel?
We're based in Rochester and serve the greater 585 plus the Finger Lakes region. Anything beyond about 45 minutes gets a small travel fee — just ask.
What do we need to provide?
Honestly, not much. We bring the bar, tools, glassware and the team. We just need access to the space, a water source nearby if possible, and a rough headcount.
Can you do zero-proof and mocktails?
Always. Every menu includes thoughtful non-alcoholic options, and we can build a full zero-proof menu that feels just as special.
How far in advance should we book?
For weddings, 6–9 months is ideal. For smaller parties, a few weeks is usually fine — but summer weekends in Rochester go fast, so reach out early.
